If you opt to use your own insurance, please provide proof of your coverage before your rental. Without this documentation, you will be required to purchase our policy for $20/day.

If you require access to the trailer hitch, please contact us at least 48 hours before your rental date to discuss your needs.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please note the following:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date will incur a 25% charge of the total rental fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date will incur a 50% charge of the total rental fee.
